Growing up surrounded by the real estate industry Sam learned about flipping and remodeling homes at an early age. Later while in college he ran the renovation projects for apartments while getting his degree in Earth Science. During his time at college, he published 3 novels and acquired his first home. After seeing the benefits of buying a home he became a Mortgage Broker and joined Team USA Mortgage. He currently lives in Utah and enjoys gardening, spending time with family and friends, and helping individuals fulfill their dreams of homeownership. His favorite part of being in Utah has been the many outdoor activities there are to explore in the state.
